How to request deletion
- Send the request from the email used in CreditGo, or include the phone associated with the form.
- Include the country where you used the app so we can locate the market and related providers.
- We will process the request and let you know if we need to confirm your identity or retain data due to a legal obligation.
What may be retained
- Records needed to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or handle claims.
- Data already under the responsibility of an external provider that received your request.
- Anonymous or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
